Most of the women who appear in the film began their careers in periods when Ghana was under military rule. Yet in their different ways, they all played a role: from identifying injustices against women to publicising activities and organisations that improved women’s lives. In the Gender and Media training resource, follow the lives of women in the film and explore the roles they have played in promoting gender equality.
